I am also a keen writer; I was offered a contract with a New Zealand publishing house in 2011 for a manuscript and am currently having meetings with Pehuen regarding the publishing of the current story I am writing. I have had short stories and poems published in various anthologies in New Zealand, and I have two anthropological essays in the current coursework for third year Anthropology at Home students at Massey University. I have worked in childcare throughout my time in Chile and have references from various families including the Deputy Ambassadors from the Australian and New Zealand embassies.
